β€Submission Guidelines:
All submitted files must be renamed using the following format:
YourFullName_PhoneNumber_Category_01.jpg
Example:
Adam_01711XXXXXX_TheBride_01.jpg
Adam_01711XXXXXX_TheBride_02.jpg
Entries that are not submitted according to the required file naming rule shall be disqualified.
β€ Photo Requirements:
β’ JPEG (.JPG) format only
β’ Participants may submit entries in all the categories.
β’ Participants may submit up to three (3) photos per category.
β’ Minimum 3000 pixels on the longer side
β’ Maximum file size: 10 MB
β’ High-quality JPEG without visible compression artifacts
β’ No watermark, logo, border, or copyright stamp
β’ Only photographs captured on or after 1 January 2020 are eligible for submission.
β’ Only photographs captured within Bangladesh are eligible for this competition.
Entry Rules:
β’The competition is open to all photographers and residing in Bangladesh.
β’All submitted work must be the original creation of the participant.
β’Participants must own the copyright to every submitted photograph.
β’The same photograph may not be submitted to multiple categories.
β’Original EXIF data/metadata must be kept intact. Any manipulation or alteration of EXIF data (especially the capture date) to bypass eligibility rules will result in immediate disqualification.
β’Participants are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary consent (model release) from the clients/subjects for their photos to be publicly exhibited.
β’The original RAW file may be requested at any stage of the judging process.

β’ Exhibition: 17β18 August 2026
β’ Venue: Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy, Dhaka

β’The Exhibition Selection Committee reserves the right to curate the final exhibition independently of the competition results.
β’The Jury's decision shall be final and binding.
β’WPAB reserves the right to amend these rules and guidelines without prior notice whenever necessary.
